My family and I have truly enjoyed this beautiful home and neighborhood for the past 13–14 years. We've created so many memories here, raising our children, celebrating milestones and holidays, and sharing everyday moments with friends and loved ones.

Living in our little gated community, The Enclave, has always felt like having a private retreat within Val Vista Lakes. It’s quiet, friendly, and surrounded by families and neighbors who genuinely care about their homes and the community. There’s a strong sense of togetherness here, both inside our gates and throughout the larger VVL neighborhood.

We hope the next owners will bring their own energy and creativity to the home, just as we did when we moved in. It’s an open-flow, well-loved space with large rooms, abundant natural light, and plenty of room for gatherings and relaxation. Like any home, it has character, a few stories, and maybe a project or two, with space to make improvements and truly make it your own.

We're excited for whoever comes next to make it their own and start the next chapter in a place that has meant so much to us.
