My family and I have truly enjoyed this beautiful home and neighborhood for the past 13–14 years. We've created so many memories here — raising our children, celebrating milestones, and sharing everyday moments with friends and loved ones.

Living in our little gated community, The Enclave, has always felt like having a private retreat within Val Vista Lakes. It’s quiet, friendly, and surrounded by families and neighbors who genuinely care about their homes and the community. There’s a strong sense of togetherness here — both inside our gates and throughout the larger VVL neighborhood.

We hope the next owners will bring their own energy and creativity to the home — just as we did when we moved in. It’s an open flow, well-loved space with large rooms, plenty of natural light, and room for gatherings and connection. Like any home that’s been lived in and loved, it has its quirks and character — but that’s part of what makes it special.

We're excited for whoever comes next to make it their own and start the next chapter in a place that has meant so much to us.
